| For some reason, we seem to attract the best talent in the work force. Yes, we have been known to bribe, steal, and woo our way into the hearts of potential employees, but we also attract 'interesting' people like moths to a flame. So comes our newest staff addition, Erica Kelley. Erica is a seasoned marketing specialist and former professional cheerleader for the often maligned Alaskan semi-pro hockey team, the Tundra Ice Machine (sponsored by the Yukon Credit Union). As a native of Texas, Erica found her way back to the South marketing and sharing pit duty for the Lucas Oil Team. Competitions on the NHRA circuit (that's drag racing to you sedan drivers) throughout this great country eventually brought her back to the South. When she's not administrating or marketing for Burditt, she's adjusting carburetors for her drag racing husband, a recently converted semi-pro hockey player from the aforementioned team (sponsored by the Yukon Credit Union). When asked why she enjoys drag racing, she replied, "a sport that only lasts seven seconds leaves me plenty of time to write mystery novels". |
